Learn from us with our 2 day program. We will cover lower body series on day 1 and upper body series on day 2.

Make more money, on your own schedule. We will train you and take you through our assisted stretching program. We offer one of a kind stretch technique that can add more value to your current license or certification. Once you pass your program you have multiple ways to bring in income. You can work on-demand mobile service, add value to your current business or become a stretch therapist at one of our locations. We also provide CEU for personal trainers!

•A more accurate understanding of flexibility and mobility through assisted stretching

•Enough knowledge to apply the stretch technique for your clients.

Workshop schedule:

DAY 1: Lower body series

• Day 1 Checkin: 9:30am – 9:55am.

• Day 1 wraps up at 5:00pm

1 hour lunch break

10am-11am: Lecture on the importance of lower body stretching, benefits and the methodology behind the technique

11am-noon: Demonstrate all the lower body stretch

Noon-2pm: Hand on assisted stretching with a partner 

2pm-3pm: Lunch break

3pm-5pm: Continue stretching with partner

Day 2: Upper body series

• Day 2 Checkin: 9:30am – 9:55am

• Day 2 wraps up at 5:00pm

1 hour lunch break
